Refund and Cancellation Policy

Policies on refunds:

  1. If you have an issue with our website's services, please contact our customer support department within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/Email will be provided).
  2. Refunds are being processed:
    • If the service has already begun, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
    • If the service has not yet begun, within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
  3. If the consumer has given incorrect or incomplete details or an incorrect address, there will be no refunds.
  4. The seller is responsible for all return expenses (Unless the service received is problematic).

Cancellation Policies:

  1. If you ever need to cancel an order, do so within 24 hours of placing it. A community of your order cannot be cancelled. To make the transaction easier, we recommend discontinuing the entire service and repurchasing the necessary amount.
  2. A cancellation fee/bank processing fee of 2.5 percent of the gross service value applies to all cancellations.
  3. In some cases, the organization may be forced to cancel a specific order.
  4. If a service is to be cancelled in any situation, the process follows the vendor's individual return policy.
