Refund and Cancellation Policy
Policies on refunds:
- If you have an issue with our website's services, please contact our customer support department within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/Email will be provided).
- Refunds are being processed:
- If the service has already begun, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
- If the service has not yet begun, within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
- If the consumer has given incorrect or incomplete details or an incorrect address, there will be no refunds.
- The seller is responsible for all return expenses (Unless the service received is problematic).
Cancellation Policies:
- If you ever need to cancel an order, do so within 24 hours of placing it. A community of your order cannot be cancelled. To make the transaction easier, we recommend discontinuing the entire service and repurchasing the necessary amount.
- A cancellation fee/bank processing fee of 2.5 percent of the gross service value applies to all cancellations.
- In some cases, the organization may be forced to cancel a specific order.
- If a service is to be cancelled in any situation, the process follows the vendor's individual return policy.
